He founded LH Partners with the aim of providing a more personalised, consultative and professional service to the London finance, accountancy and internal audit recruitment market. Phil possesses a successful track record of recruiting across various sectors, which include investment banking, corporate banking, investment management and asset management.
Prior to setting up LH Partners, Phil worked for a NYSE-listed global recruitment company.
